Job Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in a Business /IT related discipline.

- 3+ years of experience in IT quality management.
Skill/Competencies:
- MS Dynamics 2016 / 365 Customization and Configuration Certification.

Job Title: Tester (Software and Hardware)
Location: Lagos

Job Type: Contract (5 months)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards, test procedures and methodology are adhered to
- Monitor IT processes as wells as delivery and performance of applications, systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance and efficiency of operation
- Determine improvements to areas of operations
- Review supplier/project deliverables to ensure compliance to quality standards and conformance to business requirements
- Assist with developing and maintaining quality policy and procedure documents
- Communicate quality standards and principles to IT organisation
- Assist with identifying and evaluating continuous process improvement opportunities

- Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
- Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
- Develop project estimates & complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)
- Work with IT PMO to ensure that measures and mechanisms for benefits management are well defined
- Monitors the realization of benefits against what was defined in business case
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services

Job Title: IT Technical Lead

Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine Project needs and business resources required to execute the CRM project.
- Liaise with Business Executive Project Sponsor and Steering Committee to clarify and define strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements.
- Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule.
- Develop and track project action items and issues.
- Manage the team of developers and testers in realising CRM solution delivery.
- Interpret CRM Business requirement for an end to end design into technical document, detailing all touch points.
- Support the portfolio management decision process through the creation of project charters, scope documents, risk assessments and budgets.
