We are recruiting to fill the positions below:   Job Title: Nurse Location: Nigeria Job Type: Contracts Description/Responsibilities

  • General Nursing care of patients / clients’
  • Response to medical emergencies on and offshore.
  • Medical evacuation of sick/injured personnel
  • Treatment of minor ailment at site clinics
  • Conducting/collection of Alcohol and Drug urine specimen
  • Collection of MCCP specimen
  • Observation and total nursing care of patient on admission.
  • Audiometric screening
  • Lung function test ( Spirometry)
  • Visual screening
  • ECG testing
  • Minor surgical procedure such as suturing of wounds, incision and drainage of abscesses.
  • Wound dressing First aid box replenishment/inspection
  • Health education of the work force on prevailing health problem
  • Preparation of monthly clinic activities report
  • Collection and Tracking of Biohazard waste from clinic to the laboratory for sterilization before disposal.
  • Supervises Cleaners and janitorial staffs, ensuring the cleanliness of the whole clinic.
  • Ensure all equipment are functional
  • Check Ambulance, ensuring all emergency drugs and medicaments are available, and all emergency equipment in the ambulance is functioning.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Provides and documents services relating to routine and non routine Occupational Health care of employees and others as determined by local site management within the professional scope and standards of license in collaboration with other health professionals.
  • Knows of and adhere to local policies, procedures and regulations. May also be involved in the development and implementation of these policies.
  • Analyzes and evaluates information to determine and communicate Fitness For Work including the following: case management of injury/illness, routine and non-routine travel preparation, occupational evaluations
  • Performs, analyzes, and evaluates Health Screening data to identify possible workplace exposures as required by global Medical and Occupational Health (MOH) and applicable local laws and regulations. Makes recommendations to management based on individual results.
  • Liaises with external medical services providers to ensure services provided are delivered in accordance with company's guidelines.
  • Conducts Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collections and trains others according to company's Alcohol and Drug Use (ADU) testing procedures.
  • Actively participates in MOH and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) committees, projects and initiatives. May involve some lead responsibilities at a local level.
  • Utilizes clinic resources effectively and appropriately
Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse/ Midwife Certificate with at least Five (5) years or more experience.
  • Well informed on current trends of management and care of disease conditions
  • Nursing degree, Advanced Nursing degree, Physician Assistant or equivalent
  • Detailed knowledge of occupational medicine, emergency medical response, toxicology, legal issues relevant to occupational health care
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification. Other Relevant Professional Nurse Certification
  • Prompt Response to emergencies.
  • Ability to check and carry out routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Proactive in triaging of patients
      Job Title: Machinery Engineer/Specialist - Expatriate Location: Nigeria Job Type: Contract Job Description
  • Coordination and communication of various issues among the company's and contractor's engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work
  • Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents
  • Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to Company procedures; maintains Deviation Control Log.
  • Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests
  • Keep Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns
  • Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor's locations
  • Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design
  • Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor
Requirements
  • 10+ years of closely related professional experience Bachelors degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    Job Title: Drilling Logistic Supervisor Location: Nigeria Job Type: Contracts Category: Drilling and Rig Job Nature: Rotational Description
  • Assess in country logistical requirements and align with Drill Team on base business service’s needs, objectives and requirements.
  • Supervise supply base/warehouse operations and maintain a consistent level of logistics and procurement support of international drilling activities.
  • Primary contact with custom officials and freight forwarding companies for import/export clearance of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain appropriate import/export records and required documentation for internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with contract tendering exercises for supply base/warehouse facilities, marine vessels, aviation (fixed and rotary wing), stevedoring, and custom-clearing agents.
  • Maintain performance-tracking records of supply base operations and logistics source contracts.
  • Ensure that logistics operations are in conformance with all company environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
  • Comply with local in-country regulations, and PSC/JOA (Production Sharing Contract/Joint Operating Agreement) requirements.
  • Assure compliance with Delegation of Authority Guide (DOAG), Controls, and Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) standards and requirements.
  • Periodically perform internal assessment to assure compliance with controls. Manage and report effectiveness for logistics managed activities
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Supply and Logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
  • Experience working in Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services
  • Experienced in starting up new operations in a truly remote frontier region;
  • Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
  • Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of local labor, inventory control, oil field accounting, and contract administration.
