A major company in Nigeria's Oil and Gas service sector is seeking for experienced candidates for the below position:     Job Title: Financial Accountant Location: Nigeria Qualifications/Skills

• University Degree in Social Sciences or any relevant courses i.e Economics Accounting etc.
• ACA or ACCA qualified with minimum of 6 years Accountant Experience within the Financial Services Industry or any of the Big 4 Professional Services.
• High level of IT literacy and familiarity with Business Intelligence and ERP systems.
• Strong focus on continuous Improvement and automation of financial processes.
• Demonstrable competence in preparation of company's monthly financial and management accounts.
• Ability to develop and Implement systems and procedures for capturing financial transactions.
• Ability to manage and analyze the firm's expenses and advise management on cost Responsible for third party (Bankers Tax consultant Pension Fund Custodians, PENCOM) liaison on behalf of the unit.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting standards.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Ability to ensure prompt postings of journal entries required for the preparation of management/financial accounts as well as other reports
• and available for use.
• Ability to manage company fixed Assets.

• Good first Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields from a reputable university.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suites, and experience on computerized.
• knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and US GAAP is an advantage.
• Membership of recognized professional bodies shall be an added advantage.
• Ability to pay attention to details, meet set deadlines and work with minimal supervision

• LLB, BL, The possession of ACIS is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in law and company secretarial practice with demonstrable grasp of the workings of the oil and gas sector.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership qualities.
• Must be computer literate.

• A good first Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a reputable university.
• Must have a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Accountant for a major project in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
• Adequate experience in budget preparation, monthly reporting, financial modelling and cash flow reporting.
• Computer literacy i.e, MS Word MS Excel and experience -on computerized accounting packages.
• Membership of recognized professional bodies and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and US GAAP is an advantage.

• Good Degree in Quantity Surveying with membership of relevant professional.
• 10 years post qualification experience. Previous experience in oil and gas sector related projects will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to deal with all aspects of pre/post-contract cost management, including progress measurement and reporting.
• Ability to provide support to cost auditing and cost management services within project team.
• Proficiency in project management with proven ability for handling the tools/software such as primavera etc.

• Good Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years cognate procurement experience.
• Advanced Degree in supply chain management and/or membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of market dynamics, including product/vendor sourcing and pricing.
• proven ability in use of inventory control and management processes, systems, and tools.

• Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, HR Management or other relevant fields.
• 10 years post NYSC experience In Human Resources Administration with demonstrable knowledge of human resources principles, techniques and procedures, including payroll management.
