  • Degree in Construction Management/ Related Engineering field 8 to 10 years maximum experience in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or Project Development in the Construction industry.
  • Must possess construction experience on multiple building projects

  • Strong grasp of management theories and principles ·
  • An excellent communicator with very strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • A decision- maker who can work under extreme pressure
  • Very good eye for quality finishing
  • Ability to identify problems and implement an action plan
