Trithel International Consulting Limited - Our client, a distinguished bar and restaurant in Lekki Phase one seeks to employ a very personable, result oriented and self driven individual for the position below: Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Lagos Roles And Responsiblities

Develop the restaurant brand into a five star dining experience.
Coordinate daily front house and back house operations of the Restaurant.
Coordinate and supervise staff shifts.
Control operational costs and strive to eliminate food and drinks waste.
Respond accurately and efficiently to customer’s complaint.
Train and develop team members to ensure that performance standards are met.
Ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to by employees at every shift to ensure safety and security of employees .
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Working Hours

You will be required to work unsociable hours on a regular basis; evening and weekend work will be a regular fixture.

Skills And Abilities This individual must possess the following skills and abilities:

Have a real dedication to exceptional guest service.
Have a genuine passion for people and hospitality
Have the ability to unify a team and drive them to excellent performance
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Be Self motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Possess strong analytical and listening skills.
