It has an Event Centre, Indoor and Outdoor Bars, Night Club, Karaoke Bar, Live Show Hall, Indoor and Outdoor Cinema, Football Viewing Centre, Kiddies fun zone, Teenagers Fun Zone, Food Court, Games zone, Swimming Pool, Hotel, Filming Studio, etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Ability to manage and maintain a positive image of the company on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
• Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Efficient use of MS suite. (MS Excel is a prerequisite)
• Experience in the core areas of our business would be an added advantage.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any management field from a recognized tertiary Institution.
