  • Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for management
  • Preparing budgets and business planning, including projected revenue
  • keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
  • Handle payment received for the restaurant and reconcile all cash payment at the till.
  • Preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer with systems administration, account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.
  • Ensure correct taxation are applied on all billing software e.g Point of Sale (POS) machine
  • Process authorise purchase requests as needed.
  • Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget
  • Supervision: This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Contacts: You will be required to liaise on a day-to-day basis with other departments
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in similar position
  • B.Sc in Finance or Accounting

    Job Title: Purchasing Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Purchase goods and supplies needed by the company.
  • Negotiate prices for good and quality products.
  • Analyze price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization
  • Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
  • Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
  • Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories
  • Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered
  • Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed

    Job Title: Store Keeper Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Receive materials into the stores after checking them with the contents of the Goods Received Note.
  • Store the products in the allotted places;
  • Maintain proper record of receipt, issue and balance of all items of materials
  • Employ location coding and stores coding for easy identification of every item of stores
  • Maintain the Stores department in a tidy manner
  • Protect material from losses due to fire, theft, evaporation, obsolescence etc.,
  • Issue resources in right quantity of right specification, and at the right time
  • Ensure that the stock neither exceed the maximum level nor go below the minimum level at any point of time
  • Prevent unauthorized persons entering into the stores
  • Advise management of obsolete and slow moving stocks.
  • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes

  • Prepares audit finding memorandum and working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions.
  • Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
  • Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
  • Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc

  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations, High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, Sound independent judgement
