We are looking for a thrived Operations Specialist, who can sort up the supply, support the demand and grow Taxify further. We are recruiting to fill the position of:   Job Title: Operations Specialist Location: Lagos Job Description You will:

  • Support all taxify's business operations in Lagos
  • Create loyal fans by handling customer queries like a boss
  • Train & monitor drivers to ensure quality service
  • Onboard new drivers to Taxify platform
  • Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed where and when
Requirements We really want you to:
  • Be good at customer support, sales and negotiations
  • Like data and analytics with strong excel skills
  • Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Have excellent spoken and written English
  • Be passionate about new technology and ridesharing
