A newly established Retail/Supermarket Business within highbrow Lekki community in Lagos State, needs the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Business Manager Location: Lagos Description

• Have complete understanding of Supermarket/Retails Chain Management System.
• Will have overall responsibilities for the smooth and effective operation of the business on daily basis.
• Must be creative and innovative in his Management Philosophy and products differentiation in the day to day operation of the business.
• Must be willing to provide effective leadership for his team through leading by example.
• Must be able to take tough decisions where and when necessary.
• Must be prepared to promote and entrench the culture of service delivery to all associates and his management team.

• Minimum of a Degree holder
• Knowledge of Retail/Supermarket environment will be an advantage.
• Note: Could be a Person of any nationality.

• Will have overall responsibilities for the procurement of range of quality products at the least price possible and within the available resources.
• Will be responsible for the effective management of the category buyers within the department.
• Make sure products are available to store always to meet customers needs and expectations.
• Have complete understanding of range of products and be conversant with their least cost through the manufacturers, vendors and the open market source.
• Must be creative in the sourcing of products range and must never allow stock-out in all the products categories within the available resources.

• Minimum of a Degree holder
• Knowledge of Retail/Supermarket environment will be an advantage.
