• Develop and Implement departmental business plan consistent with company strategic priorities
• Consistently identify and create risk assets and projects with good returns
• Manage partnerships, joint ventures and other third-party projects
• Generation of liabilities to finance clients businesses and projects

• A Master's Degree in relevant field and/or relevant qualification such as ACIB, ACA ACCA CFA or equivalent
