  • Orientate customers about the products and services of the company.
  • Engage in selling of company’s product via phone, direct marketing and social media platforms.
  • Receiving and directing visitors.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Diary management and Preparation of reports, maintaining office files
  • Assisting and contributing in general to front desk office coordination.
  • Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client information.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Arrange for payment of bills such as Electricity bill, DSTV, etc.
  • Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • B.Sc/HND in related discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience; with proven sales record.
  • Must have a flair for sales

    Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Selling hotels and tour packages to clients
  • Prospect and convert clients for the organization
  • Communicate with suppliers to get discounted prices and best services for clients.
  • Create awareness of the brand as well as analyze the market potential and the value of existing and potential clients.
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to hotel revenue growth and profit margin.
  • Research and recommend suitable hotel and tour packages to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Plan and organize sales strategy by maximizing company’s return on investment.
  • Monitor and report sales activities and follow up with the management
  • Carryout after sales follow up and feedbacks
Qualification/ Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in related disciple
  • 1-2years relevant Sales experience, with exposure on corporate sale
  • Experience in the travel/hospitality industry would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    Job Title: Travel and Tour Instructor Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Facilitate Travel and Tourism courses such as IATA, Airfares and ticketing, customer service, protocol handling.
  • Facilitate Management courses.
  • Develop and oversee the production of training manuals and handouts
  • Prepare and forward the online enrolment process for IATA exams.
  • Responsible for developing and updating existing course materials
  • Maintain training standards as established by the Organization Aviation Academy and external regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure that all courses are completed according to the Training Course Outline and also ensure quality result
  • Ensure structured learning experience to achieve quality results, as well as boost the image of the school.
  • Ensure that all appropriate endorsements are made on the student’s record
  • Ensure students’ training records are appropriately documented
Requirements
  • B.Sc in any discipline
  • IATA Foundation Diploma
  • 2-4 years’ experience in facilitating Travel courses

    Job Title: Digital Media Executive Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Map out content strategy that support and extends marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage online marketing campaigns and manage social media communications to build fan base.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for all social media platform that would aid the online presence of the organization.
  • Liaise with the website development team to build the best web presentation with a focus on usability and accuracy.
  • Create and develop engaging activities, contest, and games etc. to aid more engagement on all social platforms and create more awareness for the organization.
  • Be a brand manager for the organization by engaging with customers and prospects on all social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze and research new online trends
Qualification/ Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in any discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience as a digital media executive
  • Have an intermediate knowledge in Email Marketing and ability to build an Email List
  • Conversant with paid social media campaigns
  • Ability to use analytical tools for tracking i.e. Google Analytics, Alexa
  • Conversant with all aspect of social media marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Display/Banner Advertisement, Content Marketing &Inbound Marketing.
  • Proven graphics design experience(would be an added advantage)

  • Identify new corporate clients, access their credit worthiness, and ensure that all bids are closed within the set time frame.
  • Establish objective, explore customer needs with the aim of matching product with the customer value proposition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all level within an organization.
