  • Obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets

  • Ensure products are well merchandised on shelf
  • Ensure a high level of brand awareness, product penetration and up-to-date competition data/details in assigned area.

  • The IT Manager would act as the main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the company, acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
  • He/She will be responsible for developing network maintenance and growth plans, creating annual and project budgets, managing the IT staff and keeping the executive team up to date on the latest networking technologies that could help the company to succeed.
Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in IT or Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced Degrees and certifications be an added advantage.
  • 10 Years work experience in IT Related Industry
  • Knowledge of: Visual Basic, VB.Net, JAVA,C++, VISUAL C++, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT, MYSQL Database, Joomla, Wordpress, PHP.
  • Strong Analytical and Decision Making Skills
  • Proven Leadership and Management Qualities
  • Experience working in a conglomerate / multi-national organization
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.

  • Coordinating the accounting operations of a member of subsidiary companies.
  • Analyzing financial results of the subsidiary companies with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
  • Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support growth needs of subsidiary companies.
  • Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
  • Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Oversee contract bookkeeper.
  • Financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
  • Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the subsidiary companies.
  • Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns and information.
  • Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.
  • Managing cash flow.
  • Conducting Performance Analysis of subsidiary companies.
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a Financial controller
  • A minimum of 12 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience with at least 5 years in Agribusiness Industry
  • Advanced degree in Accounting
  • ACA or ACCA preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
  • Experience working in a fast growing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.

  • The role will provide corporate support and legal counsel on all matters pertaining to our client’s business and projects.
  • He/she will deal with issues pertaining to business transactions and a wide range of commercial matters and agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: LLB and BL
  • Experience: 8 -10 years’ experience
  • Expertise in commercial contracts and agreements.
Experience:
  • Experience working in a conglomerate / multi-national organization
  • Must have management experience
  • Corporate/Commercial litigation experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
  • Additional relevant qualification/certification will be added advantage.
