A reputable Property Development and Trading company based in Lagos Island, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:   Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Lagos Requirements

• Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Building Technology or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Construction Supervision
• Competent in the use of Engineering Design program and the ability to coordinate the activities of the project sites.
• Should be based in Lagos State.

• Candidates must possess relevant qualifications from an accredited Trade/Technical School and at least 5 years hands on working experience in this field.
• Also candidates must be proficient in Electrical Wiring, Electrical Installations, Generator Maintenance and the maintenance of Electrical appliance.
• Should be based in Lagos State.

• Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant Technical Degrees from accredited Trade/Technical School and at least 5 years’ experience in the Building Maintenance and Construction industry.
• Candidates must be proficient In the installation of sanitary ware
• Should be based in Lagos State.

• Candidates must be a professional Driver and must have 5 years minimum experience.
• Must have a valid/current Driver's license and must be able to drIve a 6-tyre truck
• Should be based in Lagos State.

• Candidates must possess relevant qualifications from an accredited Trade/Teehnical School.
• Also candidates must be skilled with the ability to fabricate and install furniture and must be proficient in laminated and hard wood floor installation.
• Should be based in Lagos State.
