• A dynamic Business Development Manager is required to work in a upwardly mobile company identifying sales leads, pitching goods and services to new clients and maintaining good working relationship with new contacts.

• Preparation of feasibility studies and business plans as well as writing reports
• Providing management with feedback

• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

• Bachelor's Degree required (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in Business Development
• 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Familiarity with the Industrial Machines market, Agro Commodities and FMCG a plus
• Business acumen, financial planning, IT skills, Research, Communication, Selling, Negotiating, strategy development, implementation and Project management skills, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Meeting Sales Goals, Territory Management, Market Knowledge and marketing skills, Presentation Skills, High energy Level, Professionalism.
