Will be in charge of all asset valuation exercises which include stock, property/assets, plants and equipment. Must show good command of competency and experience within this field without require much supervision.
Would be involved in project viability appraisals with respect to real estate development projects.
Must possess good brokerage skill in sales and lease transaction.
Good knowledge of industry Apps and softwares in work application
Must possess good knowledge of the Lagos real estate markets and trends in yield in various areas of Lagos state.
Involved in Valuation marketing and packaging
Investment management analyst. A good analytical understanding of the market and investment as it compares with the real estate sector.
