  • As a Centre Manager job is finding, scouting, managing/supervising the talent and its business, introduction, psychology pep up and guidance of the talent to the Entertainment business, development of the talent, including the initial talent portfolio or digital photos to be introduced to partners, agencies, clients, public relations companies, and helps to make a career plan to keep the talent on a path toward success.
  • Model Manager juggle a talent business professional demands, placements with the right partners’ retail agencies and agents, travel documents, visas, contracts and appearances that come with a prominent career.
  • The responsibilities are geared toward the same goal, advancing a talent career and getting the talent more jobs.
  • The bottom line is that when a talent succeeds and gets paid, everybody gets paid.
  • Both a talent manager and management will work hard to make that happen.
  • As the Centre Manager, you direct and carry them through psychologically, focusing on etiquette of entertainment industry, to be creative, outstanding, unique, bold and to be professionals both in theory and practical teaching in history, modern, types, method, entertainment as a business, communication skills, basic/professional.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Includes finding the model “Scouting” introduction and guidance of the model to the model business, development of the model including the initial models portfolio or digital photos to be introduced to partner model agents and clients, public relations companies, and helps to make a career plan and keep the model on a path toward success.
  • Shall juggle the model business professional demands, placements with the right partner, retail agencies and model agents, travel documents, visas, contracts and appearances that come with a prominent career.
  • Shall use his/her contacts to arrange auditions for the models represented by the management.
  • Shall supply job opportunities for the models.
  • He shall make sure the foundation for the model in the company grows to an enviable height all aspect.
  • Shall be responsible in providing grooming and nurturing models through the school system.
  • Shall educate and prepare the models (students) for Local and International Market
  • Shall provide and coordinate the teaching process in the school to aid/improve the understanding and practical knowledge of the (student) models for quality/professional studies.
  • Shall conduct a smooth and effective business relationship with other establishment regarding models bookings, jobs, promotion (media, online, prints and other activities.
  • Shall manage and supervises the activities of models and the brand during classes, working hours or fieldstrips.
  •  shall establish a network of business clientele in the following industries such as: Media Organizations, Entertainment Outfits and Advertisement Company etc
  • Shall creatively structure and raise the standard of modeling for the management as it is practice and acceptable world-wide.
  • Shall consolidate on the growth pattern of the management to continue attain a statistical representation of a (hundred percent) 99% in records.
  • Shall carryout a weekly/monthly report of the school day to day transaction from staff under his office, in other to maintain a corporate record and also to ascertain the growth level of the brand.
  • Shall ensure the School is safe, secured and healthy and always.
  • Shall establish a synergy between the brand and other organizations in terms of partnership, sponsorship, investment etc.
  • Create a unique publicity platform for easy accessibility for raw talent for the School.•       Conduct day to day campaign for the School.
  •  Create an online presence for easy add campaign and logos of the School

Professional Requirement:
  • First Degree in Art Science or Related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft suite –MS Excel, world, power point.
  • Proficiency with social media skills and Creative Media.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in with a Modelling Company or an Entertainment Organization a MUST.
