• This positions attends to customers enquiries and needs with the aim of closing deals by proffering excellent client satisfaction.

• Attend to customers via telephone, emails or in person
• Ensure that all sales are logged accordingly
• Ensure that filing is up to date at all times.
• Prepare customers' sales documentation and follow up with after sales services
• Respond to customers' queries via the company's customer relationship platforms

• Min. OND/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years experience in similar role

• This positions offers support to front office and general branch operations.

• Ensure all sales, stock and administrative documentations are updated as at when due
• Ensure stock inventory is up to date on hard copy registers and sales software
• Ensure customers receives goods in right quantity and on time
• Carry out front office and back end support activities as required.

• Min. OND/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years experience in similar role.

• This positions offers support to operations and marketing units.

• Dispatch of company's documents/items to appropriate destinations as requested
• Scouting for prospective customers

• Min. SSCE/OND/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years experience in similar role
• Must have valid required road usage documents

• This positions is responsible for keeping the office environment and work spaces clean at all times and ensuring that customers are comfortable within the office environment.

• Sweeping, dusting, cleaning and mopping of office areas including kitchen, restrooms, work spaces, etc.
• Run errands as requested
• Ensure cleaning and sanitary supplies are in stock all the time
• Support front office, store, operations whenever required.

• Min. SSCE
• At least 1 year experience in similar role
