A Real Estate Development Company in Lekki, Lagos is recruiting for:   Job Title:  Building Engineers- Job Description:

  • *To ensure accurate construction on project site and supervise contractors.
  • * To manage and drive project construction for delivery on schedule.
Requirements:
  • *Degree in Civil Engineering
  • *Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction, design, supervision and project management.
  • *Should be skillful enough to build a house or block of flats from scratch to completion.
  • *Should be resident in Lekki and its environs
    Job Title:  Marketing and Operations Officers Job Description:
  • * To market properties for sale/ rental.
  • * To oversee and report on project site activities including construction, procurement, estate facility management, property sales and rentals.
Requirements:
  • * Degree in Engineering, Social Sciences or Business.
  • * Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate marketing and administration.
  • * Sound understanding of the Island area property market.
  • * Resident in Lekki and its environs.
