• Must live on the Island and not farther than Surulere
• Works well in a team.

• It entails working directly with the Head of Sales to identify new business opportunities and find new clients, leveraging the company's reputation to achieve great results.

• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in business development or sales in consultancy and service industry
• Forging and maintaining strong relationships with new clients in different sectors
• Develop strategies to retain key existing clients
• Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
• Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives
• Developing and leveraging the company’s branding and professional profile.

• A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
• Must live on the Island and not farther than Surulere
• Ability to work under pressure

• Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
• Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured
• Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager
• Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
• Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician
• Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s)
• Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
• Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
• Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle demands
• Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.

• Interested candidate must possess a minimum of SSCE with at least, four years driving experience

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws and hold fast entirely to them
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be a safety conscious person
• Must be focused, confident, and observant.
• Must possess positive and professional attitude
• Should be available to work from 7am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 2pm on weekends

• The job entails recruiting, selecting and interviewing potential employees.

• Interested candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources or from Commerce/Arts background
• Certification in recruitment methodologies is an added advantage
• A minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment consulting is required
