  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the COMPANY HSE Policy.
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and COMPANY HSE standards.
  • Attendance to C&P and COMPANY HSE meetings by him and his team.
  • Make sure every COMPANY contract created by him or his team contains latest HSE T&C’s in line with COMPANY requirements
  • Enforce and drive the inclusion and evaluation of the proper HSE metrics in Technical Call for Tenders
  • Actively participate in COMPANY safety awareness and initiative schemes.
  • Proactively carry out the activities of the job.
  • Be responsible for meeting agreed objectives for him and his team.
  • Monitor active contracts under his team to ensure timely extension, revision or termination as may be required.
  • Ensure the establishment of suitable lists of potential bidders in accordance with Vendor Management policies and procedures of the COMPANY.
  • Carry out contracting process in accordance with COMPANY’S procedure from pre-qualification, technical/commercial evaluation, recommendation, contract award to close out of contract.
  • Participate in generating contract strategies, preparation of presentation of slides and make presentations to both COMPANY Control Committee and Validation Committee.
  • Ensure contracts in own domain are drafted in accordance with approved model and contribute to periodic review of same.
  • Ensure that Contracts are created in UNISUP (SAP) to facilitate payment of Contractors.
  • Contribute during negotiation either for dispute resolution and claim settlement or for generation of Savings.
  • Appropriate the Total Group initiatives such as Frame Agreements, e-procurement, Market Analysis etc, to contracts in own domain.
  • Manage a network of Vendors and relationship with relevant Stake holders such as NAPIMS, NCD, Department of Petroleum Resources, etc.
  • Ensure that DUET meetings are held in his section and MOM issued ; Participate in Planning meetings and challenge Metier Partner when relevant.
  • Consult and liaise with COMPANY Category Managers (CATMAN) network at the Headquarters while preparing strategies and documentation of high value contracts and giving feedback to CATMAN when necessary.
  • Issue regular reports (NAPIMS CFT, Contracts Weekly,... ).
  • Adapt to changes in work practices and job activities.
  • Act in the best interest of COMPANY at all times.
  • Adhere to the values and principles of the COMPANY Code of Conduct at all times.
  • Willingly and openly share good practice.
  • Ensure use of correct Model of Contract specific to the operation being carried out.
  • Prepare response to audit inquiry in relation to contracts in own domain
  • Carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Ensure Timely creation of Contracts in Contracts Database & SAP for accurate reporting & prompt payment of Contractors.

  • Working with C&P Methods and the Affiliate’s Compliance Officer, ensuring that Due Diligence is performed on Contractors as required by relevant TOTAL and Affiliate’s Rule.
Job Requirements
  • A Degree in Engineering (B.Sc with minimum Second Class Honours).
  • Up to 5 years experience in Supply Chain in an oil industry environment, full membership of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
  • Up to 5 years experience in an oil industry upstream environment.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures.
  • Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress,and issues.
  • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products
  • Coordination and communication of various issues among the company's and contractor's engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work
  • Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents
  • Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to Company procedures; maintains Deviation Control Log.
  • Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests
  • Keep Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns
  • Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor's locations
  • Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design
  • Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor
Job Requirements
  • 10+ years of closely related professional experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

  • Serve as primary interface with Installation Contractor/Diving Sub-Contractor on matters related to diving scope of work.
  • Monitor the diving contractor to ensure diving operations are conducted safely and appropriately in compliance with contractual agreement. Provide diving technical support to the installation team.
Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure specifications / approved procedures are followed
  • Assist Management with planning, procedure review and technical support of matters involving diving
  • Attends vessel safety meetings, the daily vessel meeting and tool box talks to ensure there is a clear understanding of the activities that are to be performed
  • Relay all relevant Safety Alerts with the Contractor and the Dive Team
  • Conduct diving plant and equipment audits ensuring all relevant certification and audits are in date and that any close-out actions from those audits have been carried out
  • Ensures that any issues evaluated during the HAZID/HIRA process or which are raised during safety meetings are closed out prior to the start of the work
  • Review Contractors diving personnel certifications and qualifications
  • Acts as the focal point between the operator and the contractor particularly for SIMOPS and Permit to Work (PTW).
  • Informs Management about progress and planning using DPRs and e-mail/telephone updates
  • Arranges logistical support as required for helicopter/supply vessel/personnel movements.
  • Stewards in the management of change process
  • Undertakes daily walk through observations of operational areas to check on progress, safety and housekeeping

Job Requirements

  • Work with company and contractor’s site management and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) organizations to implement the project and site safety programs and advice on best practice.
  • SSHE Technicians provide support in one or more safety, security, health, or environmental subject areas to a particular site or functional group within an affiliate. A SSHE Technician supports data entry, management, and reporting skills while interacting with the field/operations organization and SSHE Advisors. SSHE Technicians will cover some but not all of the responsibilities listed below.
  • Typical Position titles may include: EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Specialist, EHS Technician, Offshore Installation (OI) Technician, Emissions Technician, Safety Technician, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel
  • Conduct regular safety inspections/assessments on-site and at key off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members
  • Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor management toward achieving an injury-free work place
  • Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards
  • Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety advisors/management
  • Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents; prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant incidents to company project/functional management per project incident reporting procedures and matrix
  • Coach and advise contractor/subcontractor safety professionals/management in incident investigation documentation, reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case management
  • Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area/system responsibilities
  • Prepare/provide a safety induction briefing to new team members and visitors to site
  • Collect and share safety company's lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management
  • Identify and assist with prioritization of opportunities for site safety process improvements
