If you want to work here, depending on where you will be working from, be ready to encounter a poor background system.
The plans are nice and truly helpful to Nigerians who want to key into insurance plans but as an FA, you will have to do a lot of personal and continual runing around to make sure your customers renew their plans even on occasions when you have sent a direct mandate request.
It might be different in other places, but from the place where I worked, it is completely a pathetic drill of time especially considering the fact that you won't have a fixed salary. Your income will be based on the amount you are able to bring in.
