Terrible work conditions.
Terrible company policies.
The CEO is terrible.
The CEO can slash workers salary in half as he pleases.
The CEO gives staff forceful leave anytime of the month whenever he feels he wants to pay half salary.
No career development and growth.
Nobody leaves the office untill the CEO leaves the office.
I strongly do not recommend for anyone

Everything is wrong about this organization.
Monthly salary is paid at the middle of the preceding month.
The CEO could decide to slash all staffs'salary at anytime.
You cannot close at the normal time, you must wait for the CEO to leave before you can go.
No career growth.
The CEO can lay you off at anytime.
The CEO gives staffs a much as 6 weeks unpaid forceful leave, anytime their is a maintenance on any of the aircraft.
It is a terrible place to work, I would warn anyone not to consider.
