I feel terrible these 4 days, ran out of my medication and reached out to my HMO, Reliance HMO. The customer service guided me on what to do but afterwards, I couldn't and haven't received my medication, I have chatted, emailed and have been called by Reliance, promise to give me in 15mins, today, later, etc. I am yet to get it, 4 days now, I have been SCAMMED! Those considering Reliance should be mindful.
