This is definitely the worst microlending organisation in Nigeria. They treat their field officers like slaves and pay them between 20k to 30k, after all the trekking, risking of life on Nigerian roads, working overtime, spending one's own money. Very stingy owners.
The couple owners seems to be psychopaths who make some random unreasonable management decisions that forces both new and old employees to resign.
They have zero welfare packages for employees and treat their staff like trash. It's better to be jobless than working with this useless firm because you will end up wasting your time and eventually leaving with nothing tangible.
