Health Coach Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Health Coach:

  • Training in Coaching, Fitness, or Nutrition.
  • Previous experience working with clients.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Must be Compassionate.
  • Knowledge of good health practices.
  • Must be up-to-date with the latest health care developments.
