Ensure approval of payment run daily and verification of invoice payment
Contribute to unit effectiveness and overall efficiency of the company in meeting its obligations to vendors
Generate monthly report on invoices.
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
Handles tax audits and tax returns.
Preparing error free accounting reports and present their results to the management
Analysing financial information and summarising financial status
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivables.
Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Maintain an invoice processing tracker to detect and control transaction processing gaps.
Compute withholding tax on invoices
