Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure procurement of equipment supplies, regular technical report on state of the equipment and ensure that task are meet before deadline.
- Ensure inventory of asset through asset labelling, stock taking and create asset register using spread sheet.
- Ensure a high safety measures and standards are adopted in any preventive and corrective maintenance works with highest standards of health and safety policies.
- Creating data base for maintenance carried out compliance with the SLAs with vendor, procedures, policies, and regulation.
- Creating new idea to bench mark global relevance promoting Total quality management (TQM) structure and service orientation enhance service delivery and cost reduction.
- Prepare planned preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that schedule is implemented and premises always clean as to create a new image for the organization health and safety standards.
- Oversee maintenance activities ensure time duration, quality and cost minimization is achieved through proper procurement process.
- Evaluate and carry out due process ensuring that best vendor is selected for any task.
- Ensure cost analysis and evaluation in determining vendor quotation in comparison to facility project to achieve best value.
- Plan, organize and implement all aspects of facility projects ensure proper risk management.
- Schedule and evaluate regular routine stock level on electrical, cleaning and other building interior finishing.
- Ensure compliance with code requirement, government agencies and government regulation.
- Routine inspection with prospective client to ensure high occupancy rate.
- Manage building infrastructure.
- Interface with all vendors/subcontractors to ensure all equipment is operating properly and that there are no disruptions of service.
- Supervises daily operations of maintenance functions such as trash removal, security, common restroom cleaning, common areas, carpentry, painting, electrical/mechanical, diesel purchase and consumption etc.
- Manage routine maintenance and repair of equipment as necessary to address normal wear and tear.
- Vendor management and procurement activities.
- Provide technical assistance and oversight for small projects.
- Respond to emergency calls regarding building problems.
- Develop requests for proposals of service, review bids, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree with 5 - 6 years work experience.
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensures that costs and revenue are properly captured
- Reconciling stock utilization
- Prepares weekly creditors and debtors schedule
- Prepares report of daily bank lodgements and bank balances
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Processing tax payments and returns
- Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate action
- Ensure that there are no Debit entries in the Bank Statement not in the Cash Book -All Payments should be processed into the cash book
- 100% generation of report with accounting software
- 100% Compliance to statutory and tax issues
- Review of projections and Creation of Expenditure Report.
- Preparation of Audit schedules.
- Debtor monitoring and follow up.
- Ensure petty cash requests are processed and posted with established payment terms and policy.
- Ensure reconciliation of account with the Banks and ensure cordial relationship
- Ensure funds availability for all cash operations by showing the true picture of all our account till date, No incidence of cash-out, Prepare document and ensure adequate cash at hand.
- Timely communication of cheques pick up
- Ensure efficient filing system - all documents are appropriately filed, all files are indexed and properly arranged
- Able to use Accounting software e.g. Quickbooks.
Qualifications

Job Title: Tank Farm Supervisor
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Put in place standard process and procedure for discharging of products from vessel to storage tank within the first month of placement.
- Design and implement Tank Farm’s SOP for dispensing of products from gantry into tankers’ transport delivery and drums.
- Put in place measure that ensure tank farm and pipe line are cleaned and ready for receiving product within the first month of placement.
- Receiving daily production from flow station to designated tanks.
- Dehydrating, storing and exporting international standard crude oil.
- Put in place mechanism for monitoring flow meters and pressure gauges, turns valves, and starts pumps to transfer products to or from specified tanks to prevent health and safety.
- Design security, health and safety standard operating procedure for the tank farm.
- Put in place process that inspect pumps, valves, piping, and electrical ground-wire connections and report leakages, temperature and pressure abnormalities, and other potential hazards.
- Devise strategy that ensures security of product (quantity & quality) at tank farm or in transit to customer locations within.
- Put in place process that ensures quantity, quality and stock taking certification prior and after discharge of product within the first month of placement.
- Put in place process that maintains stock card, periodic update on new receipts, preparation of waybills and reconciliation with accounts within the first month of placement.
- Bring on board previous experience to source, select and manage reliable transporters for customers’ delivery within the first three months.
- Develop networks, establish rapport and Liaise with all relevant statutory agencies such as jetty & port authorities, unions (NUPENG, DPR, PENGASSAN, etc) to ensure compliance with guidelines MIS.
- Put in place MIS process for records of products received and distributed, gauge readings, pumping time, and storage dates.
- Design and implement comprehensive review & reporting system that meets future needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
