Job Title: Reconciliation Accountant (RA)
Location:

Responsibilities

  • The RA will be involved in the accuracy, correctness and integrity of the General ledgers
  • Reconcile Fixed Assets ledgers
  • Reconcile Cash accounts
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation statements
  • Reconcile Inventory ledgers
  • Reconcile Customer ledger accounts and receivables
  • Reconcile Vendor ledger accounts and payables
  • Reconcile Prepayments
  • Reconcile entries on CRM
  • Reconcile Revenue and Expenses ledgers

Qualifications
  • A good first degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields with a minimum of second class honours degree (upper division), from a reputable University

Job Title: Software Application Developer
Location:

Job Objectives
  • The candidate will be responsible for effective design, development and implementation of varying web and database applications and support.
Key Output:
  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft CRM/ERP and Web Applications
  • Microsoft CRM/ERP and Web Applications customization, testing, integration, implementation and support
  • Reporting, monitoring Microsoft CRM/ERP and Web Applications performance, system analysis and improvements
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our vendors to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints with minimum or no assistance from the manager or team lead
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server  development and administration skills
  • Experience in development languages/environments including .NET (C#, VB), ASP, JavaScript, JQuery, VBScript, XML etc
  • Experience in the following software: C/C++ and Crystal Reports

Job Title: Lead/ Senior IT System Engineer/Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and maintain an IT Infrastructure.
  • Manage, and resolve hardware and software technical issues on the Network, Server, Desktop/Laptop and other computing equipment.
  • Manage aVMware ESX virtualization infrastructure, backup/restore applications, Antivirus, VOIP, TCP/IP,Storage Area Network (SAN), MS-SQL Server.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, User Access and Email Administration
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives to enterprise applications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with a minimum 2:1 grade.
  • Minimum 3 years (post NYSC) relevant experience with industry certifications an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of Networks, Servers and Enterprise applications.
  • Strong engineering and administration skills, can handle projects end-to-end.
  • Linux/Unix management a strong plus

Job Title: Power Engineer
Location:
Nigeria
Responsibility
  • Ensure adequate supply of power to the head-office and to all equipment within the premises at all times.
  • Setup and manage the power infrastructure of the company including generators, ATS panel, inverters, rectifiers, UPSes etc. to guarantee maximum uptime of all devices been powered.
  • Manage all accessories external to the generator like fuel/water separator, fuel tank, fuel line system, fuel filters etc.
  • Manage all air-conditioning units of the company at the head office and all Swift managed cell sites.
  • Manage all lighting points of the company within the head office, branch offices and Swift managed cell sites.
  • Supervise all power installations at Swift managed cell sites and vendor managed sites.
  • Follow up with site vendors to ensure 99.9% uptime is achieved at all Swift Network sites or POPs.
  • Respond to all power related issues within and outside the company premises, troubleshoot and resolve them as appropriate.
  • Ensure regular maintenance is carried out on all power devices within the head-office, branch offices and Swift cell sites.
  • Maintain proper records of all devices, connections, loadings etc in the data centre. Keep neat designs and diagrams where necessary.
  • Liaise with all vendors to ensure quality product and service is delivered to the company at all times.
  • Maintain proper labeling of all power devices and terminations in the data centre and at Swift cell sites.
  • Ensure the power house at the head-office is neat and conforms to electrical standards/regulations at all times.
  • Carry-out all such tasks as may be deemed fit by the Head of Network Operations.
Key Qualifications
  • A good first degree, minimum of 2:1 (second class, Upper) from a reputable university in Computer related courses; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Elect/Elect Engineering, Information System, etc

Job Title: Information Security Specialist

Job Description

  • This position reports to the Head of Information Technology and has overall responsibility for ensuring that appropriate policies, standards, procedures, and compliance requirements of the organization is met.
  • The Information Security Specialist will work with all departments to ensure system and network security, access control, physical security, and application development appropriately meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
  • Develop security policies that incorporate the best industry practices and fulfill all requirements of the organization.
  • Identifying process risks and weaknesses in controls, and developing recommendations and plans to address threats.Coordinate planning activities related to responses to security events.
  • Implementing, configuring and documenting new security systems (Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, security information and event management systems).
  • Configuring systems to remediate audit findings (Active Directory, Windows/Linux/UNIX networking equipment such as Cisco/Huawei/Juniper switches and routers).
  • Lead efforts to internally assess, evaluate, and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security controls for the organization's information and technology systems. Work with Internal Audit and outside consultants as appropriate on required security assessments and audits.
  • Build and implement security and compliance goals, define security strategies, metrics, reporting mechanisms and program services; and create maturity models and a roadmap for continual program improvements.
  • Validate that activities and controls related to the prevention of security incidents are in place and being followed consistently.Coordinate and track all information technology and security related audits including scope of audits, members involved, and outcomes. Provide guidance, evaluation and advocacy on audit responses.
  • Create education and awareness programs and advise operating units at all levels on security issues, best practices, and vulnerabilities.
  • Examine the impact of new technologies on organization's information security. Establish processes to review implementation of new technologies to ensure security compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with a minimum 2:1 grade.
  • A minimum 3 years (post NYSC) of relevant experience with industry security certifications an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing and administering PC/server/network security, database security, application security, systems security administration and user access security administration
  • Experience performing vulnerability assessments, compliance audits, and penetration testing.
  • Candidates must be capable of reviewing and understanding industry standards and government regulations and must possess the ability to interpret and disseminate information to business leaders.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential.
