Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
  • Creates and maintains customer reports.
  • Makes recommendations to management to improve.
  • customer experience.
  • Accurate taking job orders and ensuring completion within the stipulated time.
  • Proper keeping of financial records.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in business, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Must be available full time

Candidate:

  • Passion for customer service delivery.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good use of Microsoft Excel.

Salary
N20,000 - N25,000 monthly.
