Job Title: Customer Service & Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Description

  • You will manage and create content for our social media accounts and website using basic phone photography and writing skills.
  • You will also post content, respond to customer inquiries via social media and emails as well as coordinate deliveries to locations within Lagos.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Social Media & Content Creation
  • Phone Photography and communication Skills
  • Can work without supervision and under pressure
  • Can politely upsell customers with the right language.

Additional Advantage:

  • Has basic information and knowledge of Bakery Products and Food.
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Attention to Details and Social/ Emotional Intelligence.
  • Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Social Media and IT skills.
  • Can effectively use Canva and other Online Design Tools for Design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is Crucial.
