Metrowest Investments Ltd., a real estate development company also involved with property management and maintenance, requires top level, result oriented and qualified candidates with proven track record for the following vacant positions:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor
Requirements:

BSc or HND in Estate Management from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
Possession of professional qualification, an added advantage,
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills,
Not more than 30 years of age.
A self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision,
Not less than three (3) years experience in estate surveying and management,
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite,

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:

B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University or Polytechnic,
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite,
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills,
Possession of professional qualification, an added advantage,
A self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision,
Not less than 7 years experience in costs estimating and general quantity surveying practice,
Not more than 45 years of age.
