The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos. U.S. Consulate General Lagos is the Mission’s representative to the Nigerian people in the southern region.

Summary

The U.S. Embassy in Abuja is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the General Service Assistant Position in the General Services office.

Duties

This is a position that oversees the varied portfolios of Customer Service and Travel. The position holder will assist two entry level Assistant General Services Officers at post to provide service support to GSO customers. The position supports LE Staff employees and American direct-hires and their families assigned to Abuja and reports to the Supervisory General Services Officer (SGSO).

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Psychology, Law, Business Management, Communications or related majors is required.

Experience:

Two (2) years of experience in logistics, procurement, project management, administrative/business management, or quality management and six (6) months of supervisory experience is required.

Salary
USD 47,419 / Year
