Job Title:   Officer, Business Development

  
Etranzact is in need of a suitable candidate for this position
Job Responsibilities:
  • Bring in new users/ organizations to embrace the e-collection business of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)
  • Deepen existing relationship
  • Take ownership of other assigned duties
  • Maintain customers' relationship and ensure loyalty through topnotch customer service delivery
  • Understand the working operations of NHFs and establish a clear-cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently;
  • Follow through with other assigned responsibilities on NHF business and ensure there is coordination with all stakeholders, especially, the banks
  • Monitor the National Housing Fund(NHF) platform
  • Manage your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily/weekly goals to give report on activities
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • BSC in related discipline
  • Minimum  of Second Class Upper
  • Prior Experience in Financial Services
  • Highly IT & Computer savvy – In depth know how of Microsoft Office tools., word and excel
  • Ability to think strategically & be self-motivated
  • Innovative & Creative thinker
  • 2- 3years Minimum Years of Experience
  • Minimum of One Year Sales & Marketing Experience
  • Banking Relationship Management 
Basic Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels

Job Title:  Senior Officer, Business Development
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the National Housing Fund(NHF) platform
  • Manage your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily/weekly goals to give report on activities
  • Take ownership of other assigned duties
  • Maintain customers' relationship and ensure loyalty through topnotch customer service delivery
  • Understand the working operations of NHFs and establish a clear cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently;

Job Responsibilities:
  • Source new Micro-Finance Institutions(MFI)
  • Deepen existing Micro- Finance Institution relationship
  • Cross-sell other eTranzact's products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Understand the working operations of MFIs and establish a clear cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently
  • Coordinate solution deployment projects to MFI, manage own diary, in order, to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals;
  • Analyze Client feedback as well as market trends 
  • Maintain customers' relationship and ensure loyalty through, top notch, customer service delivery
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Master in Business Administration (MBA) with minimum of Second Class Upper Degree
  • Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience 
  • Marketing ePayment Solution Deployment Know-How 
  • Prior Experience in the MFI sector
  • Highly  IT & Computer Savvy

Job Title:  Pool Car Driver
 
Responsibilities
  • To move Company’s employees around for official matters in Abuja and its environs
  • Take proper care of the Company’s car, regularly
  • Ensure, prompt, maintenance and servicing of the car
  • Run Official errands in line with Company’s policy
Qualification and Requirements
  • Must reside in Abuja, conversant with the City and Northern states
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum of SSCE
  • At least 5 years’ work experience
  • Provide at least 2 Guarantors who are Civil Servants in a Federal Ministry or Government Parastatal
