Job Title: Industrial Nurse

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a certified Industrial Nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company’s employees.
  • The Industrial Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury.
  • They will also be responsible for clinic staff management (Attendance, Dress Code, Performance and Code of Conduct).

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.
  • Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
  • Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
  • Management clinic staff performance, attendance, punctuality and dress code.
  • Identify primary, secondary, tertiary prevention and health promotion strategies to optimize the health of the organization.
  • Contribute in the design of controls for injury prevention and health surveillance related to actual and potential hazards in the work environment.
  • Initiate and evaluate the patient for transfusion and other intravenous medications.
  • Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
  • Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
  • any other assignment delegated by HOO/HSE Manager.

Academic Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse certificate with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
  • At least 4years of work experience as an industrial Nurse.

Salary
N100,000 - N140,000 Monthly.
