Responsibilities
  • Educate the customer on proper chemical processing and testing procedures, including ingredients, mixing times, and operating temperatures.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Requirements
  • B.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support

Job Title: Research Chemist Location: Lagos Job Description
  • We are looking for a capable Research Chemist to assist in the development of new polymer-based products.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out complex research projects, such as the development of new products and testing methods.
  • Direct technologists and other workers in testing and analyzing components and the physical properties of materials.
  • Instruct technologists and other workers on proper chemical processing and testing procedures, including ingredients, mixing times, and operating temperatures.
  • Prepare solutions, compounds, and reagents used in laboratory procedures.
  • Analyze substances to determine their composition and concentration of elements.
  • Conduct tests on materials and other substances to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
  • Write technical reports that detail methods and findings.
  • Present research findings to scientists, engineers, and other colleagues.
Requirements
  • B.Sc degree in Chemistry
  • 3+ years of laboratory experience and chemical synthesis
  • Basic knowledge of polymers

Job Title: Engineering Manager Location: Lagos Job Description
  • The Manager will help in mobilizing the local resources at the set-up phase of new manufacturing facilities including the local procurement/sourcing of tools and other project related items.
  • The preferred candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, carry out project design & implementation and partner with procurement unit to ensure availability of engineering spare parts.
  • Candidates must possess excellent planning, analytical and strong people leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive the economies of scale across all the processing facilities under the Group by sourcing the right Spare Parts, Raw materials, Packaging materials, and Machine tools.
  • The ideal incumbent for this position should be a local working in Nigeria with experience from large manufacturing companies.
Job Requirements
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 8 years preferably in the pharmaceutical/ manufacturing industry.
  • Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background, Bachelor's Degree/HND.
