We are building an enabling community-based ecosystem to better help people with self-management of their chronic conditions and other health needs while helping them navigate quality in-person healthcare when face-to-face care is needed. Job Title: Project Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project implementation and business development teams as well as the Administrative/Finance/Contract teams, by providing support to the ongoing RICOM3 project, helping to drive project implementation.
  • In this position, you will be a part of the team cohort supporting members to enroll into the program, as well as facilitate fulfillment of their specific care needs.
  • Your work will frequently be hub and field-based, extending out in the surrounding neighborhood and community but there will also be a large virtual component as well.

The Position

  • The Project Associate will be responsible for helping to drive and manage a set of processes which result in achieving robust and sustainable services for women of reproductive age. This will include a full range of programmatic, technical and administrative processes that support procurement, planning, contracting, oversight and evaluation. The Project Associate will report to the Project Director and work closely with the internal and consortium teams, and patients and staff of different health facilities.
  • Research project development needs as necessary.
  • Provide project administration/backstopping and program management support, including organizing logistics for and attending meetings, preparing and disseminating meeting notes, developing information materials, providing document/knowledge management, and reviewing expense reports from staff.
  • Work closely with the PD, facility staff, coaches and members to ensure optimal person-centred engagement and service delivery.
  • Assist with reports, documents and different forms of media output.
  • Support proposal development efforts by providing report summaries, drafting inputs, and creating graphics, tables, and charts;
  • Assist with recruiting efforts using ECODIT's online talent management database, screening and contacting potential candidates, and editing/formatting CVs; and
  • Be based in Lagos
  • Work on other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities and quantitative skills;

Job Title: Technical Project Manager, Engineering

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of project discovery, critical success factors, stakeholder engagement, and project execution through closure for > 3 Process Improvement projects simultaneously across the Technology Team.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Organise and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand -up meetings and reviews
  • Maintain process documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 years project management experience in an agile software development environment
  • Experience as a certified scrum master or agile coach role in an agile environment
  • Thorough knowledge of successful agile techniques
  • Experience using agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, User Story Map, Confluence
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute on tight timelines, and juggle competing priorities.
  • Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
  • Be able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently without supervision

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Lagos

The Position

  • In this position, you will be a part of the team cohort supporting members to enroll into mDoc programs, as well as facilitate fulfillment of their specific navigational needs. Here you will often be the first point of contact for mDoc.
  • You will be expected to follow standardized guidelines for managing incoming and outgoing communications while personalizing the support at the same time. Along with the mDoc team, you will cultivate an environment reflecting the values of mDoc Healthcare, including respect for our members and team members. Providing optimal member centred care and experience is of critical importance to mDoc so we are looking for people who embody this in mind and action.
  • You must be data-driven or willing to be data-driven such that you are looking constantly at our member needs, responding to them and also looking at population level data and coming up with ideas on how to drive continued engagement and adherence.
  • We are looking for risk-takers with a LOT of initiative who are willing to learn and grow with and add value to a startup company that wants to help people improve their health and wellness. You must be someone who is comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical emergency guidance and healthcare information, or referrals to callers on the hotline in a polite, empathetic manner.
  • Reliably adhere to assigned schedules.
  • Navigate callers to the healthcare facility, service or provider of their choice using the NaviHealth.ai platform in compliance with established protocols.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly monitoring activities.

Job Title: Growth Manager

Location: Lagos

The Position

  • In this role, you will be responsible for helping drive the growth of our members. You will serve as the front of the company and will focus on driving sustainable financial growth through partnerships with a myriad of partners and directly with end-users.
  • You will work closely with the product, project, technology and service teams to develop strategies for growth. You will develop and operationalize new and referral partnerships, inclusive of the meso-strategies, and processes required to execute on these relationships.
  • This role is suitable for an entrepreneurial individual with a high propensity for laser-focused execution.
  • The Manager, Growth will be responsible for playing a critical role in driving mDoc's commercial organization success.

Responsibilities

  • You will build and manage the business development function in mDoc's start up environment including devising our strategy for building strategic relationships with a focus on impact, customer and revenue generation.
  • You will own the overall relationship for new and existing partnerships, serve as a key point of escalation for partnership management

Job Title: Clinical Director

Location: Lagos

The position

  • This role is suitable for an entrepreneurial individual with a high propensity for laser-focused execution. You will be a key lead for clinical operations, scale, quality improvement excellence and person-centered care.
  • You will oversee the clinical operations for the different product and service lines and will lead a clinical team and content team to deliver and surpass performance expectations. You will work closely with the co-founders, product, growth, marketing, data and engineering leads and will be responsible for refining and developing evidence-based clinical practice guidelines digitally and in-person.
  • You will work with the clinical manager to ensure appropriate clinical supervision of all clinical teams as well as develop clinical risk management practices, ensuring reliable adoption of best practices, with a focus on achieving population level and individual member quality outcomes. You will refine the set of clinical performance dashboards in concert with the data, engineering and product teams which we use routinely to track clinical/quality performance, member engagement and experience, partnership success, and operational excellence.
  • You will harness digital tools to participate in on-call clinical duties, triaging and case reviews with the clinical teams. You will manage the training, education, mentorship and performance efforts of the coaches and care team. Given we are a technology firm, you will use digital tools to track, predict our success as well as manage our members. A keen interest and openness to working with technology is critical.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless, rewarding in-person experiences as well and for providing medical oversight, collaborating with our internal and external teams to grow our brand while delivering large-scale population health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight for all clinical service activities including refinement of the entire package of service standards and policies (virtual and in-person)
  • Supervises all internal and external clinical teams to ensure optimal person-centred care
  • Develops, leads and participates in clinical education, training mentoring, assessment and review systems and process incorporates latest context-specific evidence into clinical practice guidelines
  • Oversees clinical monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Interfaces with members to understand opportunities for quality improvement including on-call activities
  • Supports development of research practice interfacing with different external partners and manages clinical trial design, implementation and publication process
  • Develops new clinical programs and innovations
  • Contributes to an agile data-driven culture of real-time learning, feedback and rapid iteration

Requirements

  • MD or MBBS required.
  • Additional graduate degree preferred e.g. MBA. MPH, MSc.
  • 7-10 years of experience in clinical medicine.
  • Telemedicine background and clinical management preferred with ability to work with remote goal teams.
  • Publication track record preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute on tight timelines, and juggle competing priorities.
  • Comfort in working with a global team and in a startup environment.
