Position: Editorial Director (ED)
Conditions for Application

• Candidate must have spent 7 years in a senior editorial position in a reputable newspaper house. The candidate must also have strong edit and management skills, with a flair for multimedia.

• General oversight of all Editorial products
• Maintenance of the editorial thrust and policies of the company
• Editorial content supervision by exercising foresight and creativity, among others

• Candidates must be graduates in any field, with at least 7 years post qualification experience in print media and must possess a good command of written English. Candidates must not be less than 32 years old.

• The candidate for this job must be a graduate who has acquired a minimum of 8 years post-qualification work experience.
• He must be a strategic thinker and ground-breaker, with a verifiable performance record. The candidate should not be less than 35 years old.

• The candidate is expected to work in an education institution (an affiliate of Leadership Group) involved in capacity building, training, overseas placement of students, test and prep preparation etc.
