Mario Consulting Limited - Our client, a licensed indigenous Finance company currently going through the process of expanding the scale of our operations in the market and need a competent and well experienced hand to drive the process, to fill the vacant positions below:       Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Lagos Requirements

• The ideal candidate who will design and implement the company business strategies and plans must possess B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any other Social Sciences from recognized Institution.
• Possession of M.Sc or MBA or professional qualifications will be a added advantage.
• The ideal candidate who must not be more than 40 years must have minimum of 7 years as COO or performance of relevant role in finance related company.
• Must have demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development with good working knowledge of IT infrastructure and good decision making and problem solving skills.

• The ideal candidate who will oversee the entire lending process, monitor repayment progress and increase revenue base must be young, experienced and versatile.
• Must possess a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business AdministratIon, Possession of professional qualifications will be added advantage.
• Successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial institution and must have strong analytical and excellent communication skills with a good working knowledge of IT and business infrastructure.
• Must not be more than 40 years.
