Possession of a good First Degree of at least Second Class Honors’ (Lower Division) from a recognized University.
Administrative Officer I
(i) Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honors’ (Lower Division) plus at least three (3) years post qualification administrative experience in a comparable Institution.
(ii) Possession of a Master’s Degree in management disciplines plus at least one (1) year Post Qualification Experience in a comparable Institution.
Assistant Registrar
(i) Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honors’ (Lower Division) plus at least six (6) years Post Qualification Experience in a comparable Institution.
(ii) Possession of Master’s Degree in any management disciplines plus at least four (4) years post qualification cognate experience in a comparable University.
Senior Assistant Registrar
Possession of a First Degree in any of the disciplines with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) with at least nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience. Possession of a Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
Confidential Secretary II
(a)Senior Secondary School Certificate with credit pass in English Language and four other subjects plus RSA, Pitman, or approved Technical School Certificate with 100/50 wpm in shorthand and typewriting with at least three (3) years of Secretarial experience.

INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT
Internal Auditor I
(a) Possession a good first degree in Accountancy from recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class Honors’ (Lower Division) plus at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience in an Auditing firm or Audit department in a higher Institution.
(b) Possession a good first degree in Accountancy from recognized institution plus Professional qualification of accounting bodies such as ICAN, ACA, ACMA, and ACCA.


WORKS AND PHYSICAL PLANNING
Senior Architect
A Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, plus evidence of registration with an Architectural body and three years post-qualification experience.
Senior Engineer
A degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from a recognized institution plus registration with COREN with seven (7) years post-qualification experience.
Higher Technical Officer (electrical)
HND in Electrical Engineering.
Motor Driver II
Possession of Secondary School Certificate plus a valid class “E” Driving Licence.
Motor Driver I
As of Motor Driver II with three years’ experience
Senior Motor Driver
As of motor mechanic II with six years’ experience. Driving in a higher institution will be an added advantage.


INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
Network Administrator I
A good honors’ degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics with good background in Computer Network, Informatics or related disciplines plus three (3) years cognate experience.
System Programmer I
By appointment of a candidate with a good honors’ degree in Computer Science, Computer /Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Informatics or related disciplines plus three (3) years cognate experience.
Technical Officer (ICT)

Library Officer

MEDICAL AND HEALTH SERVICES UNIT
Senior Medical Officer
Possession of the MBBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized University and the completion of one year housemanship and full registration by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and completion of the National Youth Service Programme plus six(6) years post qualification experience.
Medical Officer II
Possession of the MBBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized University plus the completion of one year housemanship and full registration by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and completion of the National Youth Service Programme.
Nursing Officer II
Possession of the NRN or NRM or equivalent qualification registerable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Medical Lab Scientist II
Candidate must possess qualification registerable with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technologists.
Medical Records Officer II
Five credits at two sittings with credits in English and Mathematics and one Science subject and proficiency in computer plus a Medical Health Certificate registerable with the Nigerian Health Records Association.
Pharmacy Technician
Five credits at two sittings or four credits at one sitting including a credit in Chemistry.
