Job Description of a House Mistress:

The Boarding House Mistress's key responsibility is the overall welfare of the boarding students; ensuring they are safe, secure, happy and respect other students, staff and the facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants should have a minimum of second class lower degree (in Education) or B.Sc/B.A or other relevant qualifications and minimum of OND or NCE for the post of an house mistress.

Relevant Work Experience:

1. At least 2 years post Nysc experience as boarding mistress or as a teacher

2. Age range 24 - 40years

Required Competency and Work Skills:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills

2. Positive attitude

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

4. Strong ethical and moral standards

5. Dedicated and diligent

6. Excellent Professional appearance

7. Proficient in ICT

Preferably a Deeper Life Bible Church member or a sound Christian for the post of an house mistress.

Note: The salary scale ranges from #18,000 to #30,000, depending on each candidate's quality. Only candidates that stay close to Ondo state and those that are ready to relocate should apply. Successful applicants will be expected to resume immediately.
