  • The Massage Therapy intern will learn and use a variety of physical techniques and therapies in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients who are suffering from illnesses and/or injuries.
Duties
  • Helping patients recover from accident, illness or injury.
  • Providing massages
  • Liaising with professionals such as doctors and physiotherapy
  • Providing education and advice about exercise and movement
  • Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body
  • Manipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the body
  • Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture
  • Document client’s condition and progress
Qualifications/Experience
  • A graduate of either Microbiology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Physiotherapy, Anatomy, Clinical Pharmacology, or any of the Medical Sciences.
  • Previous experience as a therapist will be an added advantage.

  • To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system
Duties
  • Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
  • Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents
  • Schedule shifts
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
  • Prepare and monitor office budget
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Qualifications/Experience
  • Minimum of OND
  • HND/B.Sc is an added advantage
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
