Job Description

  • Are you confident, self-motivated, and goal/result-oriented, with interest in pursuing a career in the Real Estate industry? The Management Trainee position with Locke Homes Limited offers young graduates opportunities to explore a career in the sector.
  • Graduates will be exposed to the specialized areas of Residential and Corporate development, Market Research & Analysis, Sales & Marketing, Property & Facility Management, and Advisory Services.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Use online market research and catalogue findings to database
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Maintaining detailed records on projects
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent grammatical, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as assume independent responsibilities
  • Self-motivated
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation analytical & time-management skills
