Job Description

  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build and run its marketing, communications and business development strategy.
  • Experience in renewable, conventional, or clean energy, or with a sustainability-focused firm is an advantage.
  • This is a highly visible and strategic role in a growing renewable energy player.
  • This person will devise and implement a cohesive marketing and communications strategy to push sales and create excellent customer experience that will motivate referrals and customer retention.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Build a holistic global marketing strategy
  • This person must have excellent written communication skills
  • Strong grasp of technology and analytic tools to drive campaign efficiency
  • Manage external vendors
  • Experience in managing a budget.
  • Attention to details
  • Responsible for defining brand strategy as well as driving content across social media, digital platforms, conference, events and publications
  • Ideally this person should have B2B experience
  • Participate in the Business Development Process and be able to lead Business Development teams across our global footprint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or in any relevant field
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Experience in a variety of graphic design tools and digital marketing is an advantage
  • Ability to use CRM tools like hubspot and pipedrive.
  • Grit, high-energy, welcoming personality and able to manage internal & external stakeholders
  • Project management skills: can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
