• • To research and report on external opportunities.
• • To understand current and potential customers.
• • To manage agencies within our organization.
• • To develop guidelines on how to execute projects and proposals.
• • To work to meet targets in the departments.
• • To contribute to the achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
• • To make customers focused decisions,
• • To regulate our human resource department to meet with the present economic realities. etc.
• • To measure successes of different departments and units of the organization.
• • To manage budgets for the marketing department.
• • To ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.
• • To approve proposals and requests from various units.

• • Interested applicants should have a bachelor's degree(B.Sc/B.A.) in the following areas:

• i.Marketing
• ii.Business Adminsitaration
• iii.Banking and Finace
• iv.Economics
• v.Financial Accounting
• vi.Insurance
• vii.Business Management.

• • Highly technical people with a sound experience in the use of computer & Microsoft Excel application (Office 2013 preferably).
• • May require that applicants have the appropriate technical education.
• • In addition to formal education, certification may be an important advantage for some employees.
• • Professional marketing, advertising and public relations societies and organization offering certification programs could be an added advantage (but not compulsory).
• • Working experience of between 5 – 8 years in any of the fields above is required (but not compulsory).
• • A higher degree(Post graduate Diploma or Master) is an added advantage.
