Job Title:  GREENHOUSE FARM MANAGER
 
Job Description
  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of greenhouse plants and irrigation
  • Ensures the training of staffs and making sure they are fully motivated and empowered to contribute their best for the company.
  • Undertakes any other duties as may be directed by the Head of the company
Qualification and Experience
  • BSc/MSc in Agronomy or relevant Agricultural field.
  • Required Age: not more than 35 years
  • Practical field training in horticulture is an advantage
  • 3 – 5 years relevant field technical experience in Horticulture, irrigation, crop science, with sales and marketing experience.
  • A good knowledge of the greenhouse and irrigation systems
