  • We are looking for an organized Social Media Coordinator to lead our social media team in managing all social media platforms.
  • The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for delegating duties, facilitating meetings with clients and monitoring analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to gauge their needs.
  • Brief the social media team on the needs of clients.
  • Delegate specific tasks to team members.
  • Ensure that team members adhere to deadlines.
  • Monitor analytics for campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • A degree in Communication or a related field.

Salary
N60,000 - N75,000 / month.

Job Title: Coordinator

Job Description

  • We are seeking to hire a Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study.
  • Three years experience in related field.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Salary

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

  • We are looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate to help us in our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
  • Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
  • Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
  • Organizing the warehouse space.
  • Preparing orders for shipment.
  • Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
  • Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift.
  • Counting stock and keeping inventory records.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma with 1-2 years work experience.
  • Experience with inventory software.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A forklift driver's certification.
  • Physical stamina.
  • The ability to be a team player.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.
