The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN) is supporting the National Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Buruli Ulcer Control Programme (NTBLCP), which is the public Principal Recipient of Global Fund Tuberculosis and RSSH / C19RM Grants for the years 2024 to 2026 to recruit qualified candidates into her Programme Management Unit (PMU).

 

Job Title: Audit Manager
Location – Abuja

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for handling all audit and assurance requirements on the grant in line with approved Audit Charter and ensure prompt reporting within the given deadline.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • HND / B.Sc. in Accountancy / Finance or related discipline, with Masters degree.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, CA, CPA / ACCA) is mandatory.
  • Professional internal audit/ risk qualification such as CIA, CISA, ACFE .
  • Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in public health programs out of which at least 5 years should be experienced working with donor-funded projects and managing a team of professionals 

 

Job Title: Finance & Admin Officer – RSSH Grant
Location: Abuja

Job Summary:

  • To provide support to the Senior Finance Officers to ensure prompt review, posting, reconciliations and archiving of transactions both at the national and state levels of the Global Fund TB/RSSH/C19RM grant implementation.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • S/he must possess BSc in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline.
  • Professional Certification (ACA or ACCA) is an added advantage.

 

Job Title: Finance Manager RSSH Grant
Location: Abuja

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for handling all financial management in line with approved procedures and ensuring prompt reporting of all SRs and implementers within the given deadline.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • HND / BSc in Accountancy / Finance or related discipline, with Masters degree.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, CA, CPA / ACCA) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ financial / grants management experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated experience with donor funded grants. Specific experience in the Health sector and with Global Fund grants is an added advantage.

Job Summary:

  • To provide overall leadership and direction for the Human Resources and Admin functions through the coordination, development and implementation of HR strategies and processes towards the development and management of employees to support the grant goals and mandate.

  • A masters degree is an added advantage
  • Membership of the CIPM, CIPD, HRBP, SHRM or any other related professional qualification is required.

Job Title: Laboratory Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Work closely with the Laboratory team to ensure proper quantification and supply management of TB laboratory commodities.
  • He/she will solely be responsible for the tracking of the TB laboratory supplies and mitigate any challenges before they affect service delivery.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or its equivalent. 
  • Logistics management training
  • A master’s degree in a relevant area will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Laboratory Logistics Management with at least 2 years in TB laboratory logistics or 5 years’ experience working in a busy TB Reference Laboratory

 

Job Title: Lab Specialist – RSSH Grant

Job Summary:

  • Shall coordinate implementation of the laboratory component of the RSSH grant.
  • He/she will be responsible for the tracking of the implementation of the laboratory activities and mitigate any challenges before they affect service delivery.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • A degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field.
  • Master’s degree in a health field will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in public health programs.

 

Job Title: Logistics Management Information Specialist (LMIS) – TB Grant
Location: Abuja

Job Summary:

  • To provide technical support as well as guidance on program monitoring and evaluation with compliance to the Nigeria Government reporting formats and requirements to the PSM unit.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health sciences, supply chain/logistics. 
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields is an added advantage.
  • Supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCP or similar) an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the supply chain management space of the national health system of which three (3) years must have been in a HPMS/PSM management position.

 

Job Title: M&E Specialist – RSSH Grant
Location: Abuja

Job Summary:

  • To support the M&E Manager to ensure accurate, timely and accurate reporting of programmatic information on the Global Fund RSSH Grant. 
  • He/she will provide technical support in collaboration with the National M&E Programme staff.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Population Studies, Demography, Epidemiology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of health programs and experience in management information system.
  • Training and experience in logical framework, M&E and setting up of an M&E system in health programs is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing M&E systems, including performance frameworks, and program/project evaluations within the health sector.

 

Job Title: Program Manager – RSSH Grant

  • The Program Manager will, with supervision from the PMU Team leader, manage all aspects of the implementation of the RSSH Global fund (GF) Grant.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in public health and health systems programs 
  • Implementation of RSSH grant is an added advantage. 

 

Job Title: PSM Specialist – RSSH Grant
Location: Abuja

Job Summary:

  • The Global Fund PSM Specialist position is to coordinate the Global Fund (GF) grant Health Products and Supply Management (HPSM) program in a manner to strengthen the national HPSM program by supporting Sub-Recipients (SRs) under the RSSH Grant in service delivery while eliminating program interruptions due to supply issues.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health sciences, supply chain/logistics; Plus, Master’s degree in Public Health, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
  • Supply chain certifications (CIPS, APICS, CSCP or similar) an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the supply chain management space of the national health system of which three (3) years must have been in HPMS/PSM management position.

 

Job Title: Senior Finance Officer – TB & RSSH C19RM Grants (3)

Job Summary:

  • To provide support to the Finance Manager to ensure prompt disbursement and reporting both at the national and state levels of the TB/RSSH and C19RM grant implementation.

  • Professional Certification (ACA or ACCA or related certification) is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience in Grant management, or health sector of an NGO.

 

Job Title: TB Program Manager

Job Summary:

  • The TB Program Manager will, with supervision from the PMU Team Lead and support from the Senior TB Advisor, manage all the technical aspects of implementation of the public sector TB Global fund (GF) grant.

Education and Work Experience Requirements: 

  • MBBS with a master’s degree in public health.
  • Any relevant qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in public health and health systems programs 
  • Demonstrated expertise (of not less than 5 years) in all aspects of TB control.
