We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Summary

This is a managerial-level position, and our ideal candidate must possess considerable professional experience in sales and operations roles, particularly with an emphasis on leading teams and fostering collective success.

Responsibilities

Design & Manage Sales Order Workflow
Sales Pipeline and Incentives Management
Training and Onboarding of Sales Team
Promo Planning
Product Expiry Management.
Sales Analysis and Reporting
Demand & Supply Planning
Product Price Setting

Qualifications

Minimum of 2.1 grade in Technical or Business-related discipline
MBA qualification is preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, sales, or supply chain roles including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Certification in statistics, sales strategy, & data analysis (is a plus).
