  • This role is required to collect and process time sheet data and payroll information for all our clients as well as manage all compensation and rewards programs.
Job Description
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
  • Fill out spreadsheets and use other administrative software to make sure employees are accurately paid for the hours that they work.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with health and retirement plan providers.
  • Perform compliance and statutory checks and ensure timely processing
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience working with Payroll software is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Office suite of products, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to produce detailed and accurate work under pressure
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in payroll administration
  • Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
