Job Title: Secretary / Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

  • OTP internet technology is a fin-tech company that allows customers to access loans anytime and anywhere via an online process.
  • We're looking for a Secretary / P.A to aid smooth running of company operations.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organising events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

  • Tact and diplomacy.
  • Communication skills.
  • Microsoft package skills.
  • Candidates with OND are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidtes who reside around Mushin, yaba, surulere, ojuelegba, Onipanu and Oshodi axis are preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
